Mr. Mareuse is Group Chief Financial Officer of Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E., a position he has held since 2002. He is a member of the board of directors of OTA (Algeria), ECMS (Egypt), Mobilink (Pakistan) and OTT (Tunisia) all Orascom Telecom GSM subsidiaries. He is also Chief Financial Officer of Weather Investment SpA, a telecommunication holding company that owns and controls Orascom Telecom, Wind SpA (Italy) and Wind Hellas (Greece). Prior to joining Orascom Telecom, he worked from 1990 to 2002 in various positions and locations in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”). His last position within CSFB was managing director in the investment banking division, telecommunications group where he was advising telecommunication operators in M&A, equity and debt financing. He holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France).
