Philip Tohmé was the Chief Technology Officer of WIND since 2006. Previously, Philip was the Chief Operating Officer of Djezzy (Orascom Telecom Algeria), the Chief Technology Officer of Orascom Telecom Holding SAE and Technical Director of MobiNil (Egypt). Prior to joining Orascom Telecom Group, Philip worked in several technical positions in the launch of two mobile operators Cellis (Lebanon) and MobilRom (Romania). Philip has a BS in electrical engineering from the American University of Beirut (1989) and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnich Institute and State University (1991).
